Capital Kidzwear opened 2006 in Albany, NY. The store provides comfortable and fashionable clothing for kids at prices adults will love! We are here to provide a convenient retail location to people living, working, and visiting the downtown Capital District. Our internet store is also available for anyone looking for comfortable and fashionable clothes and shoes for the kids in their lives.

Shipping

Capital Kidzwear uses UPS Ground to all US zip codes. All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days after receipt. Note Saturdays, Sundays and UPS holidays are not considered delivery/shipping days.

Refund or Exchange Procedure

Online Orders Only:

REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days after order is delivered. A refund will be issued to original credit card (shipping charges are excluded from refund). All returned items must be unworn with tags, tickets, hang tags still attached in the original packaging (plastic bags,hangers).

Footwear and all shoes must be in the original manufacturer's shoebox and then placed in a separate shipping box. Both shoes and the shoe box must be undamaged in order to process a refund.

Capital Kidzwear can not be held responsible for lost return shipments, please purchase delivery tracking and insurance.

After receiving your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

EXCHANGES

Due to changing inventory levels, Capital Kidzwear can not process exchanges. Please return items for a full refund and place a new order on the website.
